If you decide to work with me, as your real estate agent, I have the experience of 11 years in the business. I am not a novice at this. Market conditions constantly change, just like investing in the stock market there are times where these conditions favor the seller and then there are times when conditions favor the buyer. The third condition is neutral meaning it doesn't favor the buyer or seller. An experienced agent should always understand the current market and price a home accordingly to those conditions.
Negotiations are another major factor in selling your home. There are many steps in negotiations. Example: first is the original offer on the property.; there's evaluation of the initial offer terms and conditions (are they acceptable to the current market or do we have to counter the offer; can we come to terms at this point; another round of negotiations is inspection; we will also need to deal with the appraisal when it comes in). I ask questions of the buyers agent and his lender. Does the buyer actually have the ability to buy the home. All important questions in negotiations to sell the home.
